Bonus admin fees & cashout caps
The single most surprising cost we found is BitStarz's 25% admin fee on bonus-derived withdrawals. It is disclosed in the bonus T&Cs, but it is absent from the 5 BTC + 180-spin headline — so a player who clears the welcome package and withdraws the resulting winnings receives 75% of them at the cashier. A $5,000-equivalent bonus win arrives as $3,750.
The second pattern is the free-spin max-cashout cap: Mirax caps free-spin winnings at €100 regardless of the 150-spin headline. 7Bit's 250-spin offer carries a cap per its published T&C as well, though the specific figure is not documentedin our verified dataset, so we don't state one. Withdrawal reliability
Headline withdrawal speeds across the eight range from instant-to-5-minutes (Duelbits) to instant-to-30-minutes (Cloudbet) for routine crypto cash-outs — all fast by the broader standard. Speed, though, is not the same as reliability on a large win, and one operator on our list has a documented record worth stating plainly and even-handedly.
Per Roobet's published terms (§10.8), a 2% fee applies to fiat withdrawals after the 10th in a rolling 30-day window, alongside a stated $200,000/day cap and no weekend cashier processing.
