Head-to-Head Comparison · 2026
Cloudbet vs Roobet
Most comparisons on this site come down to fit: which operator matches how you play. This one does not, and it would be dishonest to present it as though it did. Cloudbet and Roobet are superficially similar (both crypto casino plus sportsbook, both Curaçao-licensed, both running rakeback-style VIP schemes) and then they diverge on the thing that matters most once you have won something: what happens when you ask for the money. Cloudbet's architecture removes withdrawal limits entirely after one round of verification. Roobet carries a public complaint record of multi-day holds on large cash-outs, and one case still listed as unsolved. Our scoring reflects that gap rather than splitting the difference: 8.7 against 6.8 on trust, 9.0 against 6.5 on withdrawals.
Where Roobet genuinely wins is the product. Roobet Originals are the draw, with Crash as the flagship alongside Mines, Towers, Dice, Plinko and the Snoop-branded HotBox variant, all provably fair, sitting on roughly 6,000 third-party slots. Roowards 2.0 is a 30-tier rakeback programme paying drops every 30 minutes, which is a materially different rhythm from a VIP ladder you climb over months. Entry is $10. Cloudbet's game library is the lighter of the two and it does not run an Originals suite at all; what it has instead is a sportsbook widely regarded as best-in-class for crypto, 29 supported coins against Roobet's 11, fiat rails via Jeton and Vega, and a minimum deposit around $1.
The cash-out mechanics are where the two stop being comparable. Cloudbet publishes a tier: $2,200 a day until Level 2 verification is complete, and no withdrawal limit at all afterwards, backed by dual Curaçao and Kahnawake licensing and a payout record running since 2013. Roobet's terms set no withdrawal maximum either (on a full read of its current Terms of Service, 25 August 2026, clause 10.2 reserves a minimum only), but they hand the cashier wide discretion: enhanced due diligence can delay or decline a withdrawal with Roobet able to decline to explain the investigation (10.4), and multiple pending withdrawals can be rejected and consolidated into one (10.3). Headline speeds are closer than the scores suggest, around 15 minutes for most crypto at Roobet against instant-for-most at Cloudbet, but headline speed is not what separates them.
The fee picture is now verified against Roobet's current terms (full read, 25 August 2026) and it is fiat-only. Clause 10.8: once you make 10 or more fiat withdrawals in a rolling 30-day period, a 2% fee applies to each additional withdrawal including the tenth. Fiat deposits carry a 1% fee (9.7). Crypto withdrawals, which are the relevant path for most players at either operator, carry no fee anywhere in the terms.

Which one is right for you?
Pick Cloudbet if
- →You expect to withdraw amounts you would mind waiting on, and will complete Level 2 verification first
- →You want the sportsbook to be the strong half of the account rather than the secondary one
- →You hold coins outside a top-10 list: 29 supported against Roobet's 11
- →You want a second regulator behind the licence, not a single Curaçao registration plus a secondary Anjouan licence
Pick Roobet if
- →Crash and the Originals suite are what you actually came to play, since Cloudbet has no equivalent
- →You want rakeback that pays out every 30 minutes rather than tier progression over months
- →You are playing at stakes where a cash-out never approaches the amounts in its complaint record
- →You are not playing from a restricted territory: the Roobet list is unusually wide and includes the UK, US, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden and Australia

- ✓Full crypto sportsbook covering ~40 sports including esports, plus regional partnerships with Chelsea FC (LatAm + Canada outside Ontario) and 100 Thieves

- ✗T&C permit winnings confiscation on "low-risk play": a Jan 2025 card-counting case voided $2,700-3,000 with Roobet stating "this decision is final" (case logged on Casino.Guru)
- ✗Self-exclusion has not been bulletproof: see the documented LCB.org case (2021, ~$200k lifetime exposure across three accounts) and the Casino.Guru Ireland case (€1,061 deposited a month after a self-exclusion request, refund refused on the basis that the player had not disclosed gambling-problem status)
- ✗Offshore-only licensing: Curaçao (Raw Entertainment B.V., transitioning under post-LOK regime) plus secondary Anjouan ALSI-202507005; no Tier 1 regulator backing (UK GC, MGA, AGCO etc.)
- ✗No traditional welcome bonus, only a 7-day 20% net-loss cashback capped near $1,400 plus a $5 sports free bet; value only realised on losses
- ✗Notably wide restricted-territory list: UK, US, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Malta and more excluded
- ✗Twitch banned Roobet streams in October 2022 alongside Stake, Rollbit and Duelbits, so content presence is now Kick-led; ASCI in India referred Roobet to the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting in February 2025 over alleged UPI payment-partner claims
- ✗The cashier terms give Roobet wide discretion: enhanced due diligence can delay or decline a withdrawal with Roobet able to decline to explain the investigation (terms §10.4), and multiple pending withdrawals can be rejected and consolidated into one (§10.3)
- ✗2% fiat withdrawal fee triggered on the 10th and every subsequent fiat cashout in a rolling 30-day window (terms §10.8, fiat only; the terms set no fee on crypto withdrawals), plus a 1% fee on all successful fiat deposits (§9.7)
Verdict
Cloudbet, for most players, and the margin is not close on the dimension this site weights most heavily. It holds the higher trust score (8.7 against 6.8), the higher withdrawal score (9.0 against 6.5), dual-regulator cover, more than twice the coin support, and a published policy that removes withdrawal limits entirely once you have verified once. Roobet's counter-argument is a genuine one and it is about product rather than payouts: if Crash and the Originals suite are the reason you are opening an account, Cloudbet does not have an answer to them, and at stakes where a large hold is not a realistic scenario that trade may be worth making deliberately. What we would not do is recommend Roobet for a bankroll you intend to grow. The complaint record clusters at exactly the amounts a winning player eventually reaches, and the terms permitting confiscation on low-risk play are a risk you carry rather than one you can manage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions on choosing between Cloudbet and Roobet in 2026.
Which pays out faster, Cloudbet or Roobet?
On published windows they are closer than the scores suggest. Cloudbet states most withdrawals are instant with some taking up to 24 hours; Roobet publishes around 15 minutes for most crypto and up to 24 hours for Bitcoin. (An earlier version of this answer said Roobet does not process cashouts at weekends; a full read of its current terms on 25 August 2026 found no weekend or business-day processing clause, so that claim is withdrawn.) Our withdrawal scores (9.0 against 6.5) are not a speed ranking: they price in the documented holds at Roobet on large cash-outs, which is a separate question from how fast a routine payout clears.
Does Roobet hold large withdrawals?
There is a public record of it. AskGamblers carries complaints against Roobet at roughly $20,000, $84,000, $97,000, $111,000 and $115,000 in which verified accounts saw cash-outs held in routine verification for days, and the $84,000 case is publicly listed as unsolved. Those are third-party mediation records rather than our own testing, and most were eventually resolved. We weight them because they cluster at a specific range rather than appearing randomly, which is the pattern worth knowing about before your balance reaches it. Cloudbet has no comparable record in our review history.
What are the withdrawal limits at Cloudbet and Roobet?
Cloudbet caps accounts at $2,200 a day until Level 2 verification is complete and applies no withdrawal limit at all afterwards, per its published cashier policy. Roobet's terms set no withdrawal maximum at all: on a full read of its current Terms of Service (25 August 2026), clause 10.2 reserves the right to set a minimum only, and no daily ceiling appears anywhere. The practical difference is not the number but the structure: Cloudbet tells you in advance exactly what removes its cap, while Roobet's terms leave withdrawals subject to open-ended due-diligence discretion (clause 10.4), which is where its documented large-cashout holds live.
Does Roobet charge a withdrawal fee?
On fiat withdrawals, yes, and the boundary is now verified against the current terms (full read, 25 August 2026): under clause 10.8, once you make 10 or more fiat withdrawals in a rolling 30-day period, a 2% fee applies to each additional withdrawal including the tenth. Fiat deposits separately carry a 1% fee under clause 9.7. Crypto withdrawals, which is how most players cash out at either operator, carry no fee anywhere in the terms. Cloudbet does not apply an equivalent fiat cash-out fee. (This page previously declined to state the trigger point while our reading was being re-checked; the re-check is done and the figure above is the verified one.)
Which has the better welcome offer?
They are not the same kind of offer. Cloudbet runs a $2,500 Welcome Package paid as cash rewards over the first 30 days through 10% casino rakeback and daily cash drops, with no wagering requirements, so the value arrives withdrawable as it is earned. Roobet runs no traditional welcome bonus at all: what it offers is a 7-day 20% net-loss cashback capped near $1,400 plus a $5 sportsbook free bet. The structural point is that Roobet's offer only pays out if you lose, which suits a player testing the platform and is worth nothing to a player who wins early.
Are Cloudbet and Roobet licensed the same way?
No, and this is one of the clearer gaps between them. Cloudbet holds dual licensing from Curaçao eGaming and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, so there are two regulators with an interest in how disputes are handled. Roobet operates under a Curaçao registration through Raw Entertainment B.V. (registration 157205) plus a secondary Anjouan licence taken in 2025. Neither operator holds Tier-1 backing from the UKGC, MGA or AGCO, so the comparison is between two offshore structures rather than between offshore and regulated.
